So what exactly can we eat?
I am getting a bit confused here to be honest! Not only are we constantly having all our Restaurant foods messed with because Herby the devouring Whale hasn’t figured out that you do not really have to finish the Buffet just because it does say “ALL you Can eat” on it and Sue the Blimpomatic things that unless she is drinking a Venti Starbucks with extra Whip Cream and a half a dozen Donuts for breakfast she isn’t getting her daily requirements for her special 11 thousand Calorie diet in. I mean I do understand that you have to treat yourself from time to time, and I am not light weight either, but come on boys and girls when you have absolutely NO SELF CONTROL it really is not the fault of the Restaurants that you are in danger of becoming bigger then a Killer Wale. That is your fault!
Don’t give me Thyroid problems either! Only a small percentage of obesely FAT people have those. In that case, I am really sorry for you because that truly sucks, but if you can by any miracle chance afford it you can get medical help for it.
That isn’t the point so! The point I was trying to get at is the constant shift in diet advice. So wait, first you shouldn’t have Dairy and then we are told that Yogurt helps us slim down faster. Next we need to cut all BAD Carbs out (oh I still want to know who them messed with to suddenly be bad) and then we are being told that Protein is horrible for us. Give it a week and that will change again too.
Next you shouldn’t eat sweets, but don’t forget to have a piece of dark chocolate daily! No Alcohol for you Mister, but red wine is great for the Blood.
Eat lots of fruits and vegetable, but only those recommended by the current fashion diet nazies, because they do have sugar content too.
Now let us add all the recalls, simonella scares and other lovely little issues on a daily bases and I am starting to look at food as a permanent Enemy of humanity.
Seriously, is anyone even following all this BS anymore? We scrub, scrap, wash and disinfect our foods and leave shorter lifes now then when we ate things in their more natural bases. We have successfully killed our ability to handle the breakdown of our own nourishments, because we have decided to not only outlaw food, but to restrict everything about it.
I know, you can eat healthy! Get organic! Get back to nature and avoid fast food restaurants and can foods etc. Only one question, only one. Even if I was inclined to eat like a rabbit, don’t eat ever anything that may have a bit of anything added again and stay religiously away from all FAST Food (which by the way isn’t all that fast either if you can even get the clerk to understand what the hell you are ordering) WHO IS GOING to PAY for it? Because I sure as hell won’t be able to afford those over the top prices!
